You can return your items within 14 days of the purchase date. Flawed will refund any product, provided that the product has not been worn or damaged. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging, with a valid receipt. Sale items and earrings are – for hygienic reasons – not returnable for exchange or refund.

Please note: you return the items at your own cost and the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We advise to send them with track and trace code. If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not send back in the original packaging, Flawed is not obliged to take back the item. 


If you want to exchange an item, we advise you to follow the return policy and return the unwanted item. Then you place a new order on our website and choose the item or size you prefer. In the interest of hygiene, you can’t exchange earrings.


Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and refund procedure. Once your returned item has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method. 


In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately and send an email to support@flawedbrand.com. We will send you a return label by e-mail and take care of the costs. We will take back the item within 7 days and exchange it for a new one. If the item is out of stock we will create a pre-order and you will receive the order as soon as possible.
