You can return your items within 14 days after the purchase date. Return costs are for your own account. Refunds will be made to the same account you used to pay. Flawed will refund any product, provided that:
Flawed cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s). Please retain the proof of postage (tracking code) until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.

If you want to exchange an item, we advise you to follow the return policy and return the unwanted item. Afterwards, just place a new order on and choose the item or size you prefer.
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and refund procedure. Once your returned item has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a return label by e-mail and take care of the costs. We will take back the item within 7 days and exchange it for a new one. If the item is out of stock we will create a pre-order and you will receive the order as soon as possible.
