Return - for online

You can return your items within 14 days of the purchase date. Flawed will refund any* product, provided that the product has not been worn or damaged. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging, with a valid receipt. Sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

You can return your item(s) by sending them back to our address below by using this return form.

Please note: If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it’s original packaging then Flawed is not obliged to take back the item(s). 

    * for hygienic reasons, earrings are not returnable for exchange or refund.


    If you would like to exchange an item we advise you to follow the return policy and return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) or size(s) you prefer through our website. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer exchange on earring jewelry.


    Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of return and the refund procedure. Once your return item(s) have been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method. 


    In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order of a defective item, please contact us immediately through support@flawedbrand.com. We will take back the item within 7 days, exchange it against a new one if possible. If the item is out of stock we will create a pre-order.
