Refund policy

Easy Returns

You can return your order within 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense. We will refund the amount via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

To receive a full refund, items must be unworn, unused, and in the original ziplock bag with barcode. Returns without these may be refused or only partially refunded.

Sets can only be returned in full, and if your return lowers the order value below the free shipping threshold or the item is worn, damaged, or incomplete, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. We recommend using track & trace and keeping your proof of postage. Start your return here.

* If the value of the order drops below the free shipping amount, due to the return, the usual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
