Refund policy

Easy Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Return costs are at your own expense. Once we’ve received your return, you’ll get your refund via the original payment method within 14 days. We’ll email you once it’s processed — no need to contact us in the meantime.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with the barcode intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded. Sets must be returned in full.

If your return lowers the order value below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee will be deducted. You’re responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so please use track & trace and keep your proof of postage.

Wrong or damaged item?

Received the wrong or a defective item? We’re so sorry for the mix-up. Please report it here, and we’ll arrange a replacement and free return label for you right away.
