Warranty

We want you to have the best quality jewellery possible. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase for anything bought after 1st January 2023. During this time, you're covered for a one-time repair or replacement, free of charge. If we don't have your item in stock or it's no longer available, you can choose another item of equal or lower value.

What do we expect from you?

Our warranty is only valid when you use your jewellery normally. With a few simple tips, you can enjoy your piece for years to come. Our warranty covers things like:

  • Discolouration or peeling of the gold plating.
  • Manufacturing defects or faults.
  • Loss of stones or pearls.

What's not covered by the warranty?

We can't offer a warranty for lost jewellery or pieces that have been altered. We also don't cover the following:

  • Regular wear and tear, like scratches from everyday use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Discolouration or wear of the gold plating due to exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, or sweat.
  • Necklaces or bracelets that break due to excessive force, like getting caught on something. We can see this during inspection.

How to make a warranty claim?

You need the original proof of purchase when making a claim. Just contact our friendly customer service team for more instructions, and we'll walk you through the process.
